The carabiner measures 5/8th inch long, and is comfortable on my size 7 finger.  The band is cold forged solid sterling silver and is worn by both men and women alike. 
 
Perfect for those with larger knuckles as you can open the carabiner to open/widen the ring to slide over the knuckle then clasp closed.
 
Stainless steel is hypo allergenic and sterling silver will never chip, peel or change the color or your skin.
